The Foam Sales NBR Exercise Mat has a smooth surface on top, with ribbed under-side to prevent slippage. NBR is a a soft, closed cell foam which compresses with pressure whilst still providing support to joints and pressure spots, making this mat especially suitable for pilates, physiotherapy, and stretching exercises.
Available in green, blue or orange, the NBR Exercise Mat comes with convenient elastic handle strap so you can roll up your mat and carry it over your shoulder.

Did You Know ... NBR is short for Nitrile Butadiene Rubber. NBR is a synthetic rubber copolymer that is particularly resilient, so it absorbs energy when it is compressed, and then returns back to its original state once pressure is lifted. NBR provides good support without being hard, while also providing comfort without collapsing under your body weight. No wonder NBR is a favourite material for pilates mats!
